About the Role
The Construction Coordinator will serve as the assistant to the Construction Manager and liaison with our Construction clientele. This position is responsible for establishing a professional environment while achieving assigned duties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data entry in the client system and Penguin Data.
- Serve as a liaison with the client, keeping the Construction Manager informed of all issues or challenges.
- Maintain a professional work environment.
- Provide excellent client and customer service with professional communication skills.
- Process and reconcile construction invoices and purchase orders.
- Communicate needs and concerns to the Construction Manager.
- Perform paperwork and reporting requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager and provide general assistance to other employees as directed.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain accurate record keeping.
- Proficient computer skills with using Microsoft Office.
