About the Role
This role involves urgent requirements for an ISAM Engineer on a contract basis in Sydney. The position focuses on implementing and managing ISAM modules, configuring SSO solutions, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements
- Configure SSO solutions using Access Manager
- Implement Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC and other authentication mechanisms
- Lead and participate in outage calls
- Create Standard Operating Procedures and update the knowledge database
- Participate in daily/weekly/monthly/customer/internal meetings and provide activity reports
- Create policy and procedure manuals
- Understand and ensure SLAs are met as per the TCS agreement with customers
- Assist in the implementation of best practices, processes and tools
Requirements
- Experience with IBM ISAM/ISVA, WebSEAL, LDAP, WebSphere, and IAM technologies
- Knowledge of Federated Single Sign-on using SAML Standards and understanding of SSO & OAuth
- Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident management skills
- Workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries
- Knowledge of Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI)
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies, Firewalls, SSL/TLS, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience in infrastructure onboarding, environment setup, and platform deployment
- Experience with migrations to Microsoft Azure
- Customer Management skills
- Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders / Third party Vendors for break-fix
Skills
- ISAM Module skills: Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), Federation
- Programming Experience in Java & Javascript
- Automation experience with Jenkins/Ansible/GitLab/Chef/puppet/Bitbucket
- Knowledge on Automation using Ansible
- Knowledge on CICD/DevOps methodologies
