About the Role
Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for their New York store on a seasonal part-time basis. This role is crucial for delivering an exceptional client experience during peak trading periods, supporting sales floor and stockroom operations, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients and develop product knowledge across all categories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Support the team during peak trading periods.
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain product availability on the shop floor.
- Receive, process, and organize stock deliveries.
- Support stock transfers, returns, and inventory movements.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the store and stockroom.
- Assist with visual merchandising and window displays as directed.
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Support store events, launches, and promotional activities.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the Vivienne Westwood brand at all times.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Vivienne Westwood brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holiday trading periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
