Responsibilities
- Support the management and founding team with strategic priorities, decision-making, and operational initiatives.
- Independently manage challenging projects and take ownership of their outcomes.
- Conduct thorough market, competitor, and data analyses to derive strategic recommendations.
- Develop and optimize company-wide processes and structures in close collaboration with the management team.
- Independently handle and resolve critical, time-sensitive challenges in daily operations.
Requirements
- Completed university degree and relevant experience in consulting, venture building, strategy, or fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with a rapid comprehension ability.
- High structuring capability and consistent, solution-oriented drive for complex topics.
- Proficient in data-driven analysis and modern digital tools, including AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, capable of addressing executives and stakeholders effectively.
