About the Role
We are building AI agents that can anticipate and resolve issues in global logistics, aiming for a future where supply chains operate autonomously. This role involves identifying high-impact problems, designing solutions, and deploying them to operators worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end AI agents for logistics tasks like customs compliance, document processing, and exception management.
- Collaborate across teams to understand problems, align stakeholders, and drive execution without requiring explicit permission.
- Iterate quickly from concept to production, viewing each deployment as a learning opportunity.
- Partner with operators, domain experts, and leadership to transform ambiguous challenges into deployed solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with extensive experience using LLMs (production, side projects, or personal exploration).
- Strong product sense to identify valuable features beyond just executing specifications.
- Proficiency in LLM concepts including agent patterns, RAG, prompt engineering, tool use, and evaluation.
- Full-stack development skills in TypeScript and Next.js, enabling end-to-end feature ownership.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to move quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and problem-solving.
