Responsibilities
- Lead a team that genuinely cares about one another.
- Help patients get back to doing what they love.
- Mentor others, build relationships, and create a positive, collaborative environment.
- Shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide.
- Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
- Grow the clinic and build community relationships.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
- 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
- A passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
