This role requires a strong combination of IAM governance knowledge, SailPoint experience, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and project execution capabilities.
Responsibilities

- Assess and support the onboarding of applications and entitlement data into SailPoint using appropriate integration methods.
- Guide application teams through SailPoint onboarding standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
- Configure, test, and support application onboarding activities throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
- Support integrations leveraging Active Directory, databases, flat files, and RESTful/Web APIs.
- Ensure IAM controls, certification requirements, and compliance standards are incorporated into onboarding activities.
- Support UAT activities, issue resolution, and post-onboarding governance processes.
- Track onboarding efforts through JIRA and maintain project documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.
- Produce status reports, metrics, and executive-level updates on certification and onboarding initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SailPoint onboarding, entitlement governance, and IAM best practices.
