About the Role
Join our private equity practice group as a mid to senior-level associate, working with middle-market private equity funds, independent sponsors, and family offices on leveraged buyouts and sell-side M&A transactions. You will guide clients through complex deals, collaborate with colleagues, and benefit from structured training and a clear path for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key team member on M&A transactions.
- Guide clients through complex deals from start to finish.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice groups and offices.
- Participate in business development.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- At least five (5) years of experience practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house environment.
- Active law license in New York or Pennsylvania.
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
