Responsibilities
- Serve as a team builder capable of both contributing to and executing work.
- Develop staff and promote the company's market presence.
- Manage and mentor Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and geotechnical engineering staff.
- Engage with both CMT and geotechnical staff and projects.
- Perform senior-level review and preparation of geotechnical reports.
- Drive client and business development, and support other staff in marketing services.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of technical and managerial experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
