About the Role
As a Management Chef, you will lead daily kitchen operations and deliver memorable experiences for every guest, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to kitchen staff, focusing on Outlets or Banquets.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including production lists, line checks, and expediting service.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials.
- Foster strong relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams for seamless operations.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
