About the Role
This hybrid role requires 3 days in office and 2 days remote at our Cheektowaga location after training completion. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external clients, represent Accounts Receivable on projects, and guide staff on process improvements. This position focuses on completing specific tasks and projects, contributing directly through skills and expertise, and performing specialized technical tasks to support operations, primarily independently but with potential team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Work with both internal and external clients
- Represent Accounts Receivable on projects
- Provide guidance to On-Shore and Off-Shore staff on process improvements and assignments
- Lead and support high-impact projects that enhance accounting and billing operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP and accounting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Oversee end-to-end testing and implementation of system enhancements
- Play a key role in enterprise-wide initiatives, including mergers, integrations, and large-scale process changes
- Identify and implement process improvements that elevate billing accuracy and efficiency
- Design and deliver training programs that empower teams with new systems and procedures
- Influence the future of financial operations through strategic support and ongoing innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of Management Experience
- 3 years of Related Experience
