About the Role
We're looking for qualified Beauty Therapists to join our spa team and provide premium treatments in a professional and welcoming environment. You'll be part of a team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of treatments including facials, massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures, body treatments, and tinting.
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalised treatment recommendations.
- Recommend retail products and home-care solutions to clients.
- Maintain treatment rooms, client records, and spa presentation standards.
- Support bookings, guest enquiries, and day-to-day spa operations.
Requirements
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- Experience working in a spa or beauty environment.
- Strong treatment knowledge and customer service skills.
- Ability to build client relationships and confidently recommend products and services.
- Certificate IV in Personal Training and RSA are advantageous.
