About the Role
Cumulus San Francisco is seeking a reliable Part-Time Facilities and Promotions Assistant to assist with vendor access, office duties, and remote broadcast/promotional events. This role involves approximately 20 hours per week on average.
Responsibilities
- Execute physical set-up and breakdown of remote broadcasts and station events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the fly during events.
- Represent stations at events in an upbeat, outgoing, and friendly manner.
- Assist the Promotions and Marketing team with projects in the office.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, fuel, and coordinating maintenance.
- Maintain and store station equipment.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be reliable with a flexible schedule, available for daytime events, nights, weekends, and possibly holidays.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Must possess multi-tasking abilities.
- Must work well with a variety of personalities.
- Must have a passion and desire to perform at a high level in a competitive environment.
- Must maintain a positive attitude, even in stressful situations.
- Must be able to ask for clarification when needed.
