About the Role
Serve as the development lead for large-scale projects related to foreign exchange (FX) core banking systems and SWIFT-linked systems for regional banks. Responsible for development activities from basic design through integrated testing and production deployment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in web application design, development, testing, and operations
- Strong Japanese documentation and presentation/communication skills
- Development experience on Linux OS
- Experience developing systems using RDBMS (e.g., Oracle DB, SQL Server)
- Positive attitude toward learning and adopting new technologies and initiatives
- Willingness to acquire and deepen knowledge of banking operations related to the assigned systems
