About the Role

Responsibilities
- Performing a variety of tasks in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to residents in the nursing center.
- Maintaining an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service and delivery.
- Ensuring the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year’s work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.
