Bring Nova to life at conferences and events globally, building relationships with prospects and customers, creating memorable experiences, and representing the brand to enterprises tackling significant challenges. This role blends community building, creative marketing, and event execution, working closely with the founding team to showcase AI products and convert conversations into lasting relationships. Requires international travel and flexible hours around events.
Responsibilities
- Travel internationally to represent Nova and connect with enterprise prospects and customers.
- Host events, greet guests, make introductions, and foster a welcoming environment.
- Develop creative activations to attract attention and initiate conversations.
- Plan and execute Nova's presence at conferences, managing logistics and on-site activities.
- Act as a brand representative through in-person interactions, product showcases, and content creation.
- Create tailored content linking Nova's features to enterprise challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to capture insights, coordinate follow-up, and convert event relationships into opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience organizing communities and bringing people together.
- Comfortable approaching new people, speaking to groups, and building relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Creative and resourceful with the ability to generate curiosity and engagement.
- Organized and dependable, capable of managing details and adapting to changes.
- Eager to learn about AI and explain technical products clearly.
