About the Role
Daytime caregivers play an important role in helping seniors manage their daily routines while maintaining their comfort, dignity, and independence. We strive to offer daytime opportunities that allow caregivers to enjoy rewarding work without sacrificing their personal commitments. Our goal is to create a positive environment where you can build meaningful relationships with clients while feeling confident and supported in your role.
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and assisting with mealtime routines
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
Requirements
- Previous Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA experience preferred; willing to train qualified candidates
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
