About the Role
Design and build systems enabling customers to confidently configure, train, test, and monitor sophisticated AI agents. This involves robust engineering and high-level abstractions that accommodate diverse use cases without customer-specific modifications. Collaborate daily with product and design teams on discovery, requirements definition, design reviews, and launch iterations. Maintain close customer contact to deeply understand their use cases and ensure product relevance. Engineers own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment and post-launch iteration.

- Handle agentic systems at scale, impacting critical flows for Fortune 100 companies.
- Evaluate new text and voice models, integrating successful ones into production traffic.
