Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate support for sales representative inquiries related to special applications, systems, and pricing.
- Process requests for modifications, options, and other general information not covered by published pricing.
- Stay informed on new products and competitive models in the marketplace.
- Communicate suggested modifications to products and services to meet customer requirements, and provide feedback to product management regarding unmet product or service needs.
- Write or contribute content for technical literature to support internal teams and field applications.
- Participate in product training for sales representatives and customers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a STEM-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related technical, engineering, applications support, or similar role preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge and training to support customer, sales, or product-related initiatives.

Salary/Compensations
- $89,000.00 - $149,200.00 USD Annual
