About the Role

Fastly is searching for a Senior SaaS Operations Engineer to support our in-office and remote Fastlyans. You are comfortable working as part of a distributed team and will be supporting the operations in our Global offices. You have previous experience as a Systems Administrator, combined with advanced Service Desk capabilities. You are streamlined and detail-oriented while being able to identify broken processes and provide solutions. You are someone who has touched all aspects of a large SaaS environment and can scale along with the company. You're also curious about how AI is changing IT operations and want to help bring tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to our employees safely and effectively. On top of your validated history of success, you have a passion for technology and, like us, you value hard work and fun in equal measure. If you enjoy problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership, this position may be for you!
