About the Role
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consultant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud. Responsibilities include design and development within focus areas like Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. The role also involves designing data governance standards, roles, and responsibilities, as well as converting legacy data to Cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud
- Perform design and development within focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services
- Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities
- Design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support clients’ conversion to Cloud
- Convert legacy data according to current system’s data structure using data warehouse concepts
- Design conversion strategies and mapping rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field
- 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
- 1 year of experience in supporting implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing Agile Methodology
- 1 year of experience using Cloud Platform knowledge and Salesforce and Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) to design, develop and implement cloud solutions
- 1 year of experience tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders using Jira, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
- 1 year of experience gathering UI (User Interface) design, designing Cloud-based data models, scripting test scenarios, system testing, and providing technical support for enterprise-level clients
- 1 year of experience working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery lifecycle for the design, development, and implementation of Cloud Platform, including Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ for enterprise-level clients
- 1 year of experience creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development using Microsoft (MS) Visio and Lucidchart
