About the Role
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled designer to create engaging digital experiences across our website, SaaS platform, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic and UI design skills with hands-on WordPress experience and can take a concept all the way to a polished, responsive page.
Responsibilities
- Design and build new marketing and landing pages using WordPress.
- Rebuild existing pages to improve conversions, focusing on layout, hierarchy, and CTAs.
- Ensure pages are responsive and consistent across templates.
- Create diagrams, charts, comparison tables, and featured images for blogs and resources.
- Translate complex topics into clear visuals.
- Build reusable templates to expedite content publishing.
- Design paid ad visuals, social creatives, email banners, and templates.
- Create videos.
- Design sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Portfolio with live website and landing page work.
- Hands-on WordPress experience (Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg).
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for layout adjustments and accurate design implementation.
- 4 to 6 years of design experience, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS.
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of conversion principles (CTAs, forms, mobile layout).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Comfort using basic performance data (CTR, engagement) to inform design improvements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
