About the Role
The Operations Manager role involves regional oversight of approximately five DashMart sites and their managers, focusing on coaching Site Managers to become self-sufficient operators. Concurrently, the role includes leading a strategic workstream to enhance network-wide operational results across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Own full operational outcomes for a portfolio of roughly five DashMart sites and their managers.
- Develop Site Managers into highly functional, largely self-sufficient operators through coaching.
- Lead at least one active, centralized workstream to improve results across the entire DashMart Canada network.
- Manage a region and work streams simultaneously without letting either slip.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience.
- At least 3 years of experience managing other managers with P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work alongside product, engineering, or central teams.
- Ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience with multi-site or large-scale operations, including direct P&L accountability.
- Strong organizational instincts.
- A builder's mentality; design from first principles, not from templates.
- Unafraid of ambiguity; make good calls with incomplete information and stay focused when priorities shift.
- Flexibility across geographies and schedules.
- Presence across sites and availability when the business needs it.
