About the Role

Student Works Painting is hiring a Production Manager for the 2027 season in Etobicoke. You'll run the day-to-day production of a student painting business, managing crews, scheduling jobs, and ensuring projects are finished on time and to standard. This is a real management role where you'll support the operator throughout the summer.

Responsibilities

Manage and schedule painting crews across multiple job sites.
Serve as the on-site point person for clients, providing updates, conducting walkthroughs, and performing quality checks.
Order paint and materials, ensuring jobs stay on schedule and within budget.
Train new painters and uphold crew quality standards.
Identify and resolve problems promptly.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license and your own vehicle for daily travel between job sites.
Be available full-time from May through August, with preseason training commitments starting in January.
Demonstrate organization, decisiveness, and comfort in directing a team of peers.
