About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join our team. This role is for an experienced professional passionate about automotive F&I, with a strong focus on compliance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will train new talent and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Contract new business, sell F&I products, and close deals.
- Generate finance income on all sold customers.
- Verify paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions.
- Contract or collect all money at closing.
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
- Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
- Solicit extended warranty sales.
- Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-year F&I experience is required.
- Prior automotive finance experience is preferred but not required.
Experience Level
- 1-year F&I experience
Salary/Compensations
- $140,000+
