About the Role

Drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for key functionality within Technosylva's core SaaS Operations product line. Lead the discovery and delivery of product functions that solve customer problems and scale the business. This role requires deep customer empathy, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across product, engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities

Lead product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and market research to identify valuable, usable, and feasible solutions for utility and agency customers.
Create and maintain product artifacts while driving the process from conception through go-to-market, including beta testing and rollout strategies.
Partner with engineering teams to define technical solutions and success metrics that align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap and vision based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business strategy.
Build strong relationships with utility and other customers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
Collaborate across sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and market requirements.
Continuously refine product features based on customer feedback and emerging market needs.
Assist with product pricing and packaging strategies.

Requirements

4+ years of product management experience, including experience leading B2B/enterprise SaaS products.
Track record of driving product discovery and validation, including leading research programs and developing systematic approaches to customer feedback.
Expertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and business strategy.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise deployments with utility companies or similar regulated industries.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to develop frameworks for complex decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
