About the Role
We're looking for a Solution Architect to serve as the technical and strategic liaison between Cyera Identity and our prospects and customers. You will gain a deep understanding of the Cyera Identity platform, lead impactful discovery and design sessions, and create architectures that translate complex enterprise environments into clear business outcomes. This role spans both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including deal architecture, deployment, rollout, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, executive leadership, and founders, contributing to repeatable approaches and assets that enhance our go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, assess customer environments, and design end-to-end solutions aligning Cyera Identity capabilities with enterprise needs across cloud, identity, and security programs.
- Deliver technically rigorous demos and workshops that simplify complex concepts for both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Partner with Sales leadership on high-impact pursuits, shaping strategy, building prototypes/POCs, and guiding evaluation criteria to successful outcomes.
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Product, influencing roadmap priorities with clear problem statements and repeatable solution patterns.
- Equip partners with technical knowledge, patterns, and enablement materials to accelerate joint wins and scalable deployments.
- Create high-quality reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable assets to enhance the broader GTM and CS teams.
Requirements
- Technical depth from customer-facing, engineering, or product roles.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex systems simply to varied audiences, from IAM leaders to C-suite decision-makers.
- Proven experience designing architectures, building POCs, and producing crisp technical collateral (reference designs, playbooks, etc.).
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and R&D; field-oriented with strong customer empathy and bias for action.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; confident leading strategic conversations and aligning diverse stakeholders.
