About the Role
Air is hiring our founding GTM Systems lead to be the chief architect of the tech stack that powers our go-to-market organization. GTM Operations runs as an internal product team, and the choices we make shape how fast Air can scale from $XXM to $XXXM ARR. GTM leaders bring you the outcome they need, and you bring back the plan, the timeline, and a solution sized to the problem.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of Air's GTM stack, with Salesforce at its center, including object model, permissions, data pipeline, release governance, and integrations.
- Lead the builds behind each stage of our customer lifecycle, from marketing attribution and speed-to-lead, to CPQ and deal desk, across sales-led and product-led motions.
- Own change management from requirements through adoption, including sequencing work, de-risking cutovers with test coverage and monitoring, and running enablement.
- Own a living roadmap tied to GTM strategy, partnering with leaders of Marketing, Sales, CS, Data, and Finance.
- Amplify the team by working with GTM Ops process generalists and providing documentation, best practice, and tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Business Systems, including time as the product owner of a CRM.
- Proven experience owning a systems roadmap and delivering against it.
- Ability to think in data models, integrations, and dependencies, and explain system architecture and ripple effects of changes.
- Comfortable reading Apex, SQL, and API payloads, reasoning about their function, directing AI tools, and verifying output.
- Demonstrated strategic judgment, right-sizing solutions and weighing scale against speed and process against engineering.
- Experience building with AI-native tooling (e.g., Claude Code), shipping AI-powered workflows, and critically reviewing AI-written work.
- Ability to track the tooling frontier, test new tools, and form opinions on modern GTM stacks.
- Proficiency in turning business requirements into systems logic and explaining tradeoffs back to the business.
