About the Role
The Inventory Replenishment Specialist at Carrier Enterprise is responsible for maintaining healthy inventory flow on assigned product categories and communicating regularly with HQ & regional personnel on inventory strategies, outages, requests, and decisions. This role serves as the primary connection between Inventory Planning and CE’s regional/warehouse staff, requiring strong communication skills with all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Tracks Purchase Orders from placement to arrival (pipeline reporting) and communicates product outages/lates as directed by Inventory leadership.
- Contacts assigned suppliers to expedite product when needed and provides support to the Product Management team in measuring supplier performance.
- Determines deployment strategy across regions for allocated product from suppliers.
- Regularly communicates with assigned regional/warehouse personnel to share inventory strategies, transitions, and major outages.
- Understands inventory requests/concerns from the field and partners with Inventory Planning to address them.
- Supports the end-to-end workflow for critical inventory requests from cross-functional partners.
- Investigates supply-related concerns and drives timely resolution through established processes and appropriate cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience using MS Excel to complete basic analytical tasks.
- Experience using ERP system (CE uses web-based software).
- Experience using BI reporting tool.
