About the Role
Vida Shoes International is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate to join their team. This role involves managing invoice processing and vendor relations.
Responsibilities
- Code and enter invoices
- Ensure invoices are approved according to standard operating procedures
- Respond to internal and external queries by phone / email
- Review vendor statements monthly for outstanding invoices
- Assist the accounts payable team with other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Familiar with Chart of Accounts, coding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Infor M3 or comparable ERP software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in the same or similar industry preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, required
