About the Role
As a subject matter expert focused on requirements management, you will guide new product requirements from discovery to qualified delivery. Your strong business and analytical skills will make you the key liaison between clients, business departments, software architects, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the functional enhancement of the software, including analytics.
- Manage stakeholders with development partners and clients.
- Collaborate closely with the development team and other decision-makers within adesso health solutions (e.g., strategy and innovation management).
- Analyze legislative changes and prepare requirements.
- Create user stories.
- Conduct business workshops, coaching sessions, and training (e.g., year-end training).
- Take ownership of defined subject areas.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a medical controller or coding specialist, with operational experience in coding and auditing inpatient hospital cases.
- Extensive expertise in DRG and ideally PEPP or AmbOP in hospitals.
- Ideally, practical experience in requirements management for software products and a willingness to take responsibility.
- Possess strong analytical skills and an interest in technical contexts.
- Good German language skills (C1 level) are required for smooth communication with clients.
- Work independently and systematically.
- Be open-minded towards colleagues.
- Exhibit a confident, approachable, and likable demeanor.
