About the Role
School Space partners with schools to rent out their facilities to the community during evenings and weekends. This role is crucial for ensuring customers receive great service and have the necessary support during their bookings, acting as a key holder and on-site presence.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing assigned local school/s in the evenings and weekends, acting as a key holder and remaining onsite throughout customer bookings.
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating school updates to the operations team.
- Performing necessary checks and tidying up after bookings.
- Setting up and clearing away tables and chairs, including moving exam desk setups as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in offering exceptional customer service.
- A flexible, organised, and timely approach to work.
- Ability to provide feedback on operational effectiveness.
- Confidence and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to a social/community cause.
- Must pass a clear enhanced DBS check.
