About the Role
As an Intern, you'll play a vital role in the success of Enterprise Mobility while gaining first-hand experience of what it takes to run a successful customer-focused business. Working in one of our flagship retail branches, you'll spend your time interacting with customers, delivering exceptional service, and developing valuable sales skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll learn how every customer interaction contributes to the overall success of the branch and gain a deeper understanding of how sales, service and operational excellence work together to drive business results. This is real-world experience from day one. You'll take ownership of meaningful responsibilities, work alongside experienced colleagues and develop highly transferable skills that will help you stand out when entering the job market.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the rental journey and build rapport with customers.
- Confidently handle enquiries, reservations and concerns.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products and services that provide the right solutions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, support branch objectives and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Support customers by clearly explaining rental agreements, vehicle features and additional products.
- Gain insight into how a successful branch operates day to day.
- Understand how great customer service and sales directly impact business success.
- Gain insight into fleet management and logistical planning.
- Gain insight into business development and local marketing activity.
Requirements
- All undergraduate university students are accepted regardless of university attended and subjects being studied.
- Assessment is based on performance against competencies.
- Successful candidates must be available to commence on 17th May, 24th May or 7th June 2027.
- Candidates must be available to remain on the internship programme until Friday 3rd September 2027.
