About the Role

Real Chemistry is seeking an AI Transformation Analyst to help reimagine how the business runs. You will join the transformation team, working alongside ambitious, supportive, and hard-working colleagues. You will play a pivotal role in mapping how work gets done today and designing how it should get done in an AI-enabled future, starting with G&A functions. You will document current-state processes, design future-state alternatives, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives. You will look holistically across people, processes, systems, and vendors to determine what should be automated or redesigned.

Responsibilities

  • Map current-state processes, including handoffs, systems, data flows, vendors, pain points, and time/cost.
  • Design future-state operating models that rethink roles, responsibilities, governance, and ways of working.
  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities where AI and automation can eliminate, streamline, or augment manual work.
  • Build business cases that size the impact of automation opportunities and shape a prioritized transformation roadmap.
  • Determine the right fit for each need, whether a reusable AI skill, a Copilot Cowork workflow, a coordinated swarm of AI agents, an enhancement to an existing system, or a process change.
  • Partner with technical teams to pilot and scale solutions.
  • Inventory and assess current automations and tools, identify gaps and redundancies, and recommend how to extract more value.
  • Analyze sourcing and vendors, assess fit and cost, and determine where AI enablement means outsourced work should be automated or brought in-house.
  • Drive change and adoption by partnering with function leaders to plan and execute transitions, including change management, training, communications, and success measures.
  • Develop clear, executive-ready materials, including process maps, operating model blueprints, business cases, and roadmaps.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

  • Think like a consultant and act like an owner, bringing structured problem solving and a bias for action to ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
  • Are energized by rethinking traditional processes for the age of AI, and stay curious about emerging tools, agents, and automation approaches.
  • See the whole picture across people, processes, systems, vendors, and data, and understand how a change in one area ripples through the others.
  • Are highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, adept at managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Build trust quickly with stakeholders at every level, from individual contributors to senior leadership, and can guide teams confidently through change.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or digital consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, EY-Parthenon, Deloitte Digital, or similar firms, large or boutique), or in a corporate strategy, transformation, or M&A integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with transformation work, such as digital transformation, M&A integration, acquisitions, or divestitures, including process mapping, integration or separation planning, Day 1 readiness, or operating model design.
  • Demonstrated experience mapping current- and future-state processes and designing target operating models, ideally across G&A or back-office functions.
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI assistants, AI agents, workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate or Workato, or RPA) and the ability to translate business needs into practical automation use cases.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings simply and confidently to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • PR, communications, advertising, healthcare, or agency experience a plus.
