About the Role
Taylor Bank is seeking a full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers in our Berlin, Maryland branch location and surrounding branch locations as needed. At Taylor Bank, everything we do is about serving our community and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
- Performing account maintenance, such as address changes
- Issuing debit cards
- Responding to routine account inquiries
- Assisting customers with digital banking navigation
- Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals
- Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Performing additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior banking experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills
