About the Role
Skanska is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide operational administrative support to the Contract Manager and onsite team in central London. This role is within the Building Services Operating Unit, focusing on facilities management for commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage the computerised maintenance system across the group portfolio
- Oversee site asset management
- Schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Prepare PPM documentation and sheets
- Raise task numbers for additional works
- Maintain client quotation and cost logs
- Plan and coordinate works with onsite building assistants
- Organise planned and reactive subcontractors in support of the helpdesk
Requirements
- Able to prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of PPM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle confidential matters professionally with clients, managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
