About the Role

As part of our internationally oriented Digital Health Excellence Center, you will collaborate with colleagues from various countries while being based at one of our German locations. We realize international projects and initiatives for German administrations at federal, state, and local levels, creating modern, secure systems for millions of people. The focus is on the digital transformation of the healthcare system, from interoperable IT solutions to innovative digital health strategies.

Responsibilities

Development and implementation of innovative mobile software solutions for our clients in the healthcare sector – natively with iOS and/or Android or with web-based frameworks.
Collaboration with clinical teams, UI/UX designers, and software architects to create user journeys and functional requirements.
Management and technical leadership of near- and offshore development teams, as well as coordination with external partners and service providers.
Ensuring a stable, secure, scalable, and high-quality software architecture across all levels – from infrastructure to frontend, installation, and application.
Support in business development through technical consulting, training, and identification of new potentials in the digital health sector.

Requirements

Completed degree in (Medical) Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related field with a strong IT focus.
Negotiable German and English language skills at C1 level.
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the development of mobile applications in the healthcare sector.
Experience in leading international development teams and in stakeholder management – including project management, Scrum Master, and Product Owner.
