About the Role
Clark builds AI that does audit fieldwork. We're hiring auditors to help CPA firms get it running on real engagements and to provide feedback to our engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your public accounting expertise while learning about software development and influencing a product used by multiple firms.
Responsibilities
- Onboard CPA firms and assist them in setting up and using Clark.
- Collaborate with audit partners, managers, and staff to optimize workflows impacted by automated fieldwork.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with client firms and support new feature pilots.
- Document customer-reported issues as Linear issues and track them to resolution.
- Participate in product and engineering discussions to inform future development.
- Enhance the firm onboarding process to support company growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably from a Big 4 or Top 25 firm.
- Strong understanding of audit methodology and engagement team processes.
- Proficiency in managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
- Interest in technology and the application of AI in auditing.
