Responsibilities

Enthusiastically present our software and IT solutions to existing customers, ensuring optimal customer loyalty.
Present and introduce our offerings, solutions, and concepts to new customers, either on-site or online.
Act as a consultant for existing customers, handle inquiries, and manage up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build your own reference network from new and existing customers.
Participate in customer events on-site.

Requirements

Passion for sales and a successfully completed apprenticeship in a commercial field, as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
Experience in field sales and/or with CGM MEDISTAR is advantageous.
Strong acquisition skills, negotiation skills, and technical affinity.
Willingness to familiarize yourself with our solutions and concepts.
Sound knowledge of the healthcare sector, preferably in eHealth.
Enjoyment in advancing yourself and the digitalization of healthcare.
A Class B driver's license to support customers on-site.
