About the Role
The Delivery Practice at BNY is where strategy becomes action. Through high-impact projects, you will help teams plan, prioritize, and deliver work that matters, gaining hands-on experience in various delivery methodologies. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to connect priorities to OKRs, spot risks, and keep delivery moving. You will also explore how AI-enabled tools and trusted data can streamline analysis and support faster, smarter decisions. Exposure to the Enterprise Transformation Hub will provide insight into how enterprise priorities and cross-platform initiatives converge.
Responsibilities
- Map processes and value streams to bring delivery journeys to life, uncovering handoffs and dependencies, and identifying improved ways of working.
- Support PI and delivery planning, connecting work to Objectives and Key Results, and ensuring visibility of milestones, capacity, decisions, risks, and issues.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to summarize delivery information, streamline reporting, identify patterns and risks, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Partner across teams to manage intake, priorities, and dependencies, strengthening alignment and advancing decisions and next steps.
- Create clear updates and delivery-health insights to inform leaders about progress, performance, risks, and outcomes.
- Contribute to shaping playbooks, standards, and improvement efforts to enhance delivery consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across BNY.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
- Graduating in Summer 2028.
- Minimum of a 2:1 or higher.
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
Skills
- Confidence in taking projects and programs from plan to delivery, including PI planning and outcome alignment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and help people navigate change.
- Practical approach to process and value-stream mapping, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience managing milestones, capacity, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- AI fluency—from effective prompting and responsible validation to turning data into useful insights.
- Stronger communication, governance, measurement, and executive-ready storytelling skills.
