About the Role

Tioga Downs is seeking dedicated cleaning professionals to join our Hotel Staff as Guest Room Attendants. This role is crucial for maintaining guest satisfaction through the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned rooms/suites to hotel standards.
Maintain shelf organization in storerooms.
Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms/suites.
Perform spot cleaning on walls, carpets, and fixtures.
Vacuum, sweep, scrub, mop, and clean carpets and flooring.
Dust, polish, and clean furniture, glass, mirrors, curtains, and appliances.
Scrub, disinfect, and deodorize bathrooms and fixtures.
Strip beds, collect dirty linens, and make beds with fresh linens.
Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies in guest rooms.
Wash, dry, and fold linens in the laundry area.

Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly.
Occasional need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, or crawl.
Weekend availability is necessary.
Must be able to work between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with varying schedules.
