About the Role
As a freelance Lead Product Designer, you will lead the design of new products and services for IF’s clients, delivering thoughtful, high-quality experiences based on a deep understanding of user needs and client strategies. You will use your creativity, curiosity, and craft to elevate ideas, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team and building strong relationships with client teams.

Requirements
- Strong visual design skills.
- Ability to lead design research and user testing.
- Flexibility to move from storyboarding and high-level concepts to detailed designs and prototypes.
- Deep understanding of how to create, adapt, and apply design systems.
- Great communication and storytelling skills.
- Confidence leading collaborative workshops with clients and users.
- Experience working on live SaaS products.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Experience applying and adapting a brand to a new context.
- Experience designing for agent-first experiences and/or generative UI.
