About the Role
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Consultant, you will leverage your comprehensive ERP and transformation expertise to assist clients in designing, implementing, and operating future-proof enterprise ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management in demanding ERP system implementations, guiding projects from strategic planning to successful execution.
- Take responsibility for Agentic ERP in Germany, translating business and technical requirements into solution concepts, implementation approaches, roadmaps, and effort estimations.
- Evaluate integration, data migration, security, reporting, and ALM requirements, collaborating closely with architects, developers, Power Platform experts, Microsoft, and international EY teams.
- Develop our Dynamics 365 offering, creating reusable methodologies, templates, and best practices for ERP transformations.
- Qualify and manage sales opportunities, RfIs, and RfPs, supporting presales presentations, demos, executive briefings, and proposal strategies.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of experience in consulting, implementation, or solution architect roles with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in end-to-end implementations or large ERP transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Finance and/or Supply Chain processes, solution design, fit-gap analyses, integration architectures, and data migrations.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in presales and tenders.
