About the Role
Vialto helps multinational companies and their people work across borders legally and compliantly by combining expertise in immigration, tax, business travel, remote work, payroll, and compensation with an integrated platform. - Co-develop target account plans with partners, aligning on priorities and outreach.
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews to keep partners informed and engaged.
- Act as the institutional memory of the pipeline by maintaining CRM discipline.
- Represent the firm at industry events and forums to build relationships.
- Build and maintain a broad network of referral sources.
- Support thought leadership distribution to reach the right audience.
Requirements

- Demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition.
- Experience working alongside senior professionals and navigating professional services firm dynamics.
- Daily discipline with a structured, consistent business development routine.
- Demonstrated network depth and ability to cultivate genuine professional relationships.
- Proactive value creation by bringing ideas and relevant information to contacts.
- Connector mentality, instinctively identifying beneficial connections between people.
- High emotional intelligence to navigate partner dynamics with respect and patience.
- Genuinely curious about global mobility and willing to invest time in learning the domain.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a new role where the playbook is partially to be written.
