About the Role

Support the evaluation, execution, and ongoing management of direct infrastructure investments, including conducting investment research, developing financial models, and preparing investment recommendations.

Responsibilities

Research and evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities, including investment merits, risks, expected returns, industry dynamics, regulatory considerations, and financial performance.
Develop and maintain financial models and conduct valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
Support due diligence processes, including reviewing legal, accounting, strategic, environmental, and other third-party assessments.
Engage with company management teams to assess business performance, strategy, outlook, and industry developments.
Prepare investment analyses, recommendations, and presentations for investment committees.
Support transaction execution, lead selected acquisition workstreams, and coordinate with investment partners and external advisors.
Monitor portfolio company performance, support valuation reviews, and contribute to identifying and implementing value creation initiatives.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
Experience aligned with an Associate-level investment role, including exposure to acquisitions, due diligence, and/or asset management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Motivated to contribute to something larger than yourself, approach complex challenges with rigor, and hold yourself to high standards in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
