About the Role
Skanska is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to be responsible for the maintenance, response, and fault analysis of building operations within the Building Services OU. This role is crucial for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes, and efficient facilities that improve people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure.
- Perform breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
- Perform fault finding and plant adjustments.
- Inspect electrical services, plant, and systems.
- Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specifications.
- Adhere to Safe Systems of Work and assist with sub-contractor inductions.
- Implement and comply with company Health & Safety Policies, statutory obligations, and the Skanska IFE.
Requirements
- A technical background, either mechanically or electrically qualified.
- Strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
- Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment.
- Possess a Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role.
