About the Role
Join a multidisciplinary team focused on exploring and implementing generative AI to create innovative and fun gameplay experiences. This role involves R&D, product development, and collaboration to shape the future of game mechanics.
Responsibilities
- Identify objectives based on design specifications and player data analysis, defining evaluation protocols.
- Design prototypes and train models to meet identified objectives.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to transfer prototypes and define success criteria for integration.
- Partner with designers to analyze AI behaviors and identify game improvement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation.
- Communicate work and results effectively to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Significant prior experience as a Data Scientist, including projects on interactive products (games, apps, real-time systems).
- Proficiency in Python and either Tensorflow or PyTorch.
- Strong foundation in statistics and evaluation methods (exploratory analysis, statistical tests, A/B testing).
- Comfort with analyzing complex, sequential data from interactive systems.
- Good knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ability to listen, understand, and translate client needs into specifications.
- Autonomy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in video games.
- Proficiency in English for written and oral communication with international stakeholders.
