About the Role
We are looking for you to join us in leading the digitalization in the Public Sector to the next level, in the role as (Senior) Business Analyst (all genders)!
Responsibilities
- Provide professional consulting and leadership to our clients in various project phases.
- Independently define work steps and deliverables for digitalization in the Public Sector in coordination with our clients.
- Provide professional guidance within the team and maintain stable scope in complex implementation projects (PO experience is an advantage).
- Utilize knowledge of the target system to establish the approach and documentation basis for requirements gathering.
- Gather professional requirements for digital products and specify solution concepts.
- Apply knowledge of user-centered design and relevant methods for developing professional solutions, such as interview techniques, workshop conception, and execution.
- Contribute as an expert to cross-departmental knowledge management, building documented knowledge in coordination with experts and managers.
Requirements
- Possess sound methodological knowledge in Requirements Engineering (RE), process modeling, and basic IT know-how.
- Have several years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, preferably in the Public Sector.
- Demonstrate very good knowledge of form or process management systems and practical experience in requirements gathering and (strategy) documentation.
- Show proven ability to think and act in program logic beyond the project context of various project types (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Be experienced in the practical application of agile methods.
- Have proven experience in workshop moderation (including for large groups), involving decision-makers and management.
- Possess very good written and spoken German and English skills.
