Responsibilities

Organize and manage company vehicles.
Coordinate with leasing companies, workshops, insurance providers, and other external partners.
Serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, and leadership regarding company vehicles, breakdowns, damages, or organizational matters.
Coordinate the issuance and return of vehicles and prepare all necessary documentation.
Document damages, breakdowns, and incidents and forward them appropriately.
Assist with the processing of fines and other administrative tasks related to company vehicles.
Manage organizational travel matters and act as the point of contact for employees regarding business travel inquiries.

Requirements

Ideally, possess initial experience in an organizational, administrative, or service-oriented role.
Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with employees, service providers, and internal teams.
Maintain an overview of multiple open topics, appointments, and inquiries.
Proficient in Excel, including maintaining lists, comparing numbers, and using functions like VLOOKUP.
Enjoy practical and proactive work.
Possess very good German language skills and solid English language skills.
Hold a valid Class B driver's license without automatic transmission restrictions.
