Responsibilities
- Contractual design of research projects with domestic and international partners.
- Legal questions related to clinical development and legal advice regarding the regulatory approval of medicinal products.
- Support for global marketing strategies in accordance with medicinal advertising law.
- Legal support for new and existing licensing and supply cooperation agreements.
- Examination of antitrust law issues.
- Legal disputes related to purchasing and supply relationships.
- Compliance, especially in cooperation with physicians and patient organizations.
- Legal Tech and digitalization.
Requirements
- Completed first state examination in law with above-average results.
- Initial experience in business law, e.g., contract, commercial, pharmaceutical, antitrust, data protection law, or intellectual property law.
- Interest in "Life Science" topics.
- High level of teamwork and strong communication skills.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
